Passive HouseCreating comfortable spaces with minimum impact on the environment is one of my policies in building houses. What I am currently working on is a house building adopting the idea of “passive house”. In this house, I adopted new technologies based on the passive house ideas, such as solar panel electricity generation, and a rainwater utilizing systems, but at the same time, I thoroughly committed myself to create excellent designs. The area of the living room, the dining room and the kitchen combined is as large as 50 square meters. I was also determined to create a highest hotel class quality space for the carpentry bathroom and the powder room.
